Who We Are
Our Purpose
As Christians, we believe that our faith is at the core of our identity and that we should live out our faith in all aspects of our lives.
We recognize that we spend much of our lives at work, yet see many Christians compartmentalize their lives and leave their faith at home.
Faith and work don’t have to be separate. We see opportunity here to help Christians bring their full selves to work, to connect with other Christians and deepen their faith, and to come together and demonstrate Christ’s love. We operate as a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit and exist to fulfill this mission.
How We Do It
Structure
We equip those who wish to start a Christian Community, sharing structure and resources that have helped others.
Connection
We help connect Christian communities to each other, spreading knowledge and ideas across company boundaries.
Provision
We provide to help meet the financial needs of Christian communities so that they can grow and thrive.
Our Partners
Christian Community at Work was formed by the founders of the Christian Community at ExxonMobil (CCEM), a community of over 1,000 members at a major corporation. CCEM is an example of what a thriving Christian Community can look like, and we aim to use our experience to help form more communities.
